Selling a property with a video walkthrough offers numerous advantages that can significantly impact the sales process. A video walkthrough allows potential buyers to experience the property virtually, showcasing its layout and important features. This immersive experience helps buyers envision themselves living in the space, generating more interest and leads. Moreover, videos capture elements like light quality and neighborhood vibes, providing a more comprehensive understanding of the property compared to images alone. By utilizing walkthrough videos, realtors can differentiate themselves from competitors and address clients’ questions and concerns more effectively. Additionally, video promotions on various platforms, including websites and social media, expand the property’s reach and attract a wider audience, including out-of-area buyers. Ultimately, a well-presented video walkthrough can increase property interest, potentially leading to a faster sale and even increasing the property’s value.
Yes, a deposit of $100 is due at the time of booking and will be applied to your final invoice. Packages are available at various prices for digital-only and digital+print products, as well as a la carte digital files and printed products. At the time of your initial inquiry, I’ll provide a handout with pricing and package details to help your decision-making process.
Step 1: Once you book a session, we’ll schedule a meeting to discuss your vision and goals for the images we’ll be capturing. We can meet in my studio or in your home – it’s up to you. If you think you’ll want to display any of the images in their home, it’s a good idea to meet there. Seeing your wall spaces is a big help in planning scenes and poses, ensuring the best use of our time on shoot day.
Step 2: For your session, we’ll meet at my studio or at a scenic location of your choice – and I am certainly happy to recommend photogenic spots – and have a fun and relaxed time while the shutter clicks away. If you’d prefer a combination of studio and outdoor scenes, we can plan for that, too.
Step 3: A week or so after the shoot, I’ll send a link to a custom gallery, where you can choose and download your images, as well as order printed products such as framed photos, canvases and more.
When you invest in printed photographs and wall art, you’re displaying personal, tangible reminders of people, places and moments in time that you cherish. It’s hard to ignore a picture when it’s mounted on a wall, in a frame at your desk, or in an album on your coffee table. And if you have children, displaying their images in your home conveys a message that they are valued and loved.
In this digital age, we store countless photos on our computers, mobile devices and clouds, yet often tend to forget about them. We may get the momentary thrill of a social media Like or comment, but that dopamine rush quickly fades. While there’s certainly a place for digital files and social media sharing, a print in a home brings color, life and a timeless quality to a space that digitals simply cannot do.
Also, it’s important to remember that computers and hard drives fail. Smart phones and tablets get lost or damaged. And digital files, regardless of where they’re stored, will become corrupt over time.
As a professional photographer with an understanding of the big picture (no pun intended), I can help guide you through the process of determining the best products, both digital and print, to meet your goals.
Indeed they do, but so much more goes into a professional-quality image – composition, lighting and post-production editing, to name a few considerations – than simply the technology that captures it. And a high-end digital camera still trumps a smart phone every time.
As for the actual cost, think about it this way: We think nothing of spending hundreds of dollars on meals and entertainment, yet photographs are far more lasting than these fleeting experiences. There’s a good reason professional photographers often speak of their pricing as an investment: You truly are investing in a work of art – one that’s commissioned especially for you!
